Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Upon subscription cancellation or expiration, your account may be converted to a free tier with limited features, but your data will remain accessible in read-only mode to ensure you never lose your financial history.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property disputes, which may be brought in court.
